Bucking Seahorses 49 vs The Gorilllas 39
Thomas "Z-Man" Zettlemoyer accounted for every score for the Bucking Seahorses - passing for four TD's - rushing for three - and adding three two-point conversion runs and a two point conversion pass - as the Horseman held off the Gorillas in a shoot-out, 49-39. Zettlemoyer connected with Andrew Spohr for three TD strikes - while Jarred Serman also pulled in a scoring pass. The win improves the Bucking Seahorses to 1-2 in the "Sweet Tooth" - Twinkie Division.
Gorilla QB Matt Arnold shrugged off rumors that Brett Favre was on the verge of signing with his club - as Arnold turned in his best effort of the season - passing for six TD's in the tough-luck loss. Arnold hit Zach "TO" Aull for four TD strikes - also connecting with Andrew Knecht for two TD passes.
R.O.C. Boyz 34 vs Fighting Moose 6
The R.O.C. Boyz improved to (3-0) with a mercy rule win over the Fighting Moose, 34-6. R.O.C Boy QB Chad "I love this game" Lilly connected for three TD passes - hitting Marvin "Not Michael" Brown for a score - while also connecting with Tremaine "Fly" Alexander and Keith "Broken Nose" Mays. The flamboyant QB now has seven TD passes on the year. Lilly also scampered for a two point conversion run - and on the defensive front - snatched three INT's - bringing his total to five on the season - the league's best.
Moose QB Matthew Soto threw his fifth TD pass on the year - hitting Isaiah Wright for the lone Moose score. The Fighting Moose slipped to (1-2) in the "Cup Cake" Division.
Team Look Out 46 vs Warriors 20
League MVP front-runner Anthony Pulcini marched his Team Look Out squad into the Spartan Center Arena for game three of Tuesdays action - and led the march over the Warriors, 46-20.
Pulcini lit up the sky for five TD strikes - bringing his league leading total to 15 on the season. Pulcini hit Kyle Smith and Jordan Harvey for two TD passes apiece - while also connecting with receiver McKenzy Rene. Pulcini also ran for a pair of two point conversions and passed for another - leading the Look Out to a (3-0) start in the "Twinkie" Division.
The Warriors slipped to (0-2)- despite QB Reggie Hawkins passing for three TD's and running for a conversion score. Hawkins connected with David Aponte for two scores - and Ed Flyte on another.
